These figures reflect declared merchandise trade and should be interpreted as trade flows recorded through customs processes (which may shift between periods due to declaration timing, large once-off shipments, and classification changes). Where data is presented at local level, it should be read as an analytical estimate rather than a direct “firm-level” ledger of every transaction.
